At JK Shop, we're committed to delivering the best K-pop culture products to our valued customers. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we're here to ensure a seamless process. Please read through our Return Policy below for details on initiating returns and the criteria for successful returns or refunds.

Return Criteria:

  1. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  2. To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be in unused and undamaged condition.
  3. We allow light inspection and testing; however, please note that once the product's packaging is opened, it cannot be resold. Therefore, if you intend to return an item, please ensure that the original packaging remains intact to meet the return criteria.
  4. For preorder items, we don't do refund or return.
  5. To start the return process, email us at hello@jkreativityshop.com with your order number, full name, and associated email address.

Damaged and Defective Goods Criteria:

  1. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report any issues with items/products, including attached photos and videos. Our team will evaluate the case and provide an appropriate solution.
  2. For damaged items, no return is required. In the case of defective items, the manufacturer will assess the issue, and if a return is necessary, our team will guide you through the process.
  3. Reports or requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
  4. If the received goods are damaged, please contact us immediately. We will promptly send you a replacement or provide a satisfactory solution. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

Refund Process and Options:

  1. Refund for non-quality-related returns: We will refund the price you paid for the item/items, excluding shipping costs. And you need to pay for the shipping back to our Hong Kong warehouse.
  2. Refund for quality-related issues: Full refund, including the value of the product and shipping costs.
  3. Refunds for out-of-stock or defective products will not incur any charges.
  4. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
  5. For preorder items, we don't do refund.
